Terms of Service

Florence Photography provides photography sessions, inquiry and third-party availability links, gift certificates, private client galleries, image downloads, and related communication tools.

Session details, availability, service contents, delivery timelines, and pricing may vary by project and may be updated before an engagement is confirmed.

Submitting an inquiry or viewing third-party availability does not reserve a session. A date is confirmed only after Florence Photography agrees to the scope and availability in writing and any required deposit or payment is successfully processed.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balances are due according to the invoice or written agreement for the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Please contact Florence Photography as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit 50% of the remaining balance. Weather, illness, emergencies, and location access issues may be handled case by case.

Gift certificates may be applied toward eligible Florence Photography sessions. Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Gift certificate recipients are responsible for contacting Florence Photography, arranging an available date, and paying any balance above the certificate value.

Client galleries are provided for viewing, selecting, sharing, and downloading images according to the gallery settings and any written agreement.

Gallery access codes, passwords, PINs, and download links are for the intended client and invited recipients. Florence Photography may expire, restrict, or remove gallery access to protect client privacy, storage, or site security.

Florence Photography retains copyright in photographs unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Clients receive the usage rights described in their service, gallery, invoice, or written agreement. Personal-use downloads may not be sold, sublicensed, entered into commercial licensing, edited in a misleading way, or used for advertising without written permission.

Florence Photography may use portfolio images only as allowed by the applicable agreement, client permissions, or law.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details, arriving on time, securing any required location permissions, coordinating participants, and communicating relevant accessibility, safety, or timing needs before the session.

Florence Photography may refuse or end work that is unsafe, unlawful, harassing, or outside the agreed scope.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to admin tools or private galleries, interfere with site security, submit spam, scrape private content, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person rights.

The website is provided as available. Florence Photography works carefully, but does not guarantee uninterrupted site access, permanent gallery availability, or that every technical issue can be prevented.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florence Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

We may update these terms as services, workflows, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the site or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
